At the KISS Official Store, we want you to rock your gear with confidence; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to maintain eligibility.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
